Jennifer founded Courage Consulting because of a life long belief that people are happiest when contributing to a common purpose in an environment of trust and that this is the magic edge in the market.

 

As an accredited Chartered Manager, Jennifer brings insights that benefit the width and depth of the organisation and its people no matter what size or business type.  

 

With 38 years of high level experience in developing judiciaries in particular, she has served as team leader, project manager, lead adviser and manager for organisations and funders such as the World Bank, USAID, NZAid, European Public Law Centre, Federal Court of Australia, United Nations (OHR) in over 20 countries across Europe, Asia and the Pacific.  She has worked as a trusted adviser of  judges, diplomats and trainer of personnel at all organisational levels of courts.

Jennifer is proud to be a lead adviser for the Pacific Justice Sector Programme covering 15 Pacific Island Countries and to be part of a team, which in April 2021 was named as one of 30 finalists from over 400 justice projects in over 100 countries globally, in the World Justice Challenge which recognised innovation in face of Covid 19.

​

Whilst Jennifer's strong suite is in court management, judicial administration, law and development, she also has a record of bringing her strengths to support business and help other leaders achieve success.  

​

Jennifer speaks fluent German and enjoys time with family and friends, sailing, tennis and an occasional game of mediocre golf.

As a boutique service, we share our experience by working closely along side you to set dream visions, build the business and its people and fix problems along the way.

Having identified the diminishing gap between work and life pre-Covid 19, we are experienced and determined that you achieve your ambitions and enjoy the journey toward them from work or home.

​

Jennifer is also an experienced mentor and life coach. She is expanding the life coaching part of her business and looks forward to launching some some exciting offerings soon.
